For partners who expect additional benefits and professional business support, we have prepared a special package of solutions that will make cooperation with our wholesale easier. By joining the program, you will gain individual support from a dedicated business advisor who monitors the growth of your sales, helps solve problems, monitors reported errors, and informs you in advance about changes in the warehouse. Additionally, as a program participant, you will receive access to special, lower prices for our products.
The VIP program also includes solutions that make using the warehouse easier, such as a free XML file for offer integration, or collective invoices* that simplify accounting for sales documents.
*Since we operate two warehouses, there may be a situation where you receive two invoices (depending on the products you choose).

Collective invoices
For greater convenience, we include all products from orders placed on a given day on a single invoice. Since we operate two warehouses, there may be a situation where you receive two invoices. If your ordered products are located in two locations, each warehouse will issue a separate document, and you will receive two invoices on the same day. With collective invoicing, you will save time, reduce accounting costs, streamline transaction settlements, and verify their accuracy.
A collective invoice is an excellent solution for those selling in the dropshipping model.

Your dedicated manager will be available whenever you need help, support, or want to discuss an important topic.
Additional discount level
Our wholesale offers two discount levels, and by default, every partner is assigned a price list with the first level. However, if you decide to join the VIP program, we will assign your account a price list with an additional discount. This gives you access to lower prices that are not available to partners who are not part of the VIP program.
Priority order processing
All orders placed from VIP accounts are queued separately in our warehouses, which means they receive high processing priority.
Our logistics department ensures that shipments are dispatched on time, so your orders arrive as scheduled, even during peak seasons.
Free XML file and product returns
VIP partners receive a free XML file for integration with our warehouse. The biggest advantage of integration is the ability to add descriptions and images for all products from our offer – you can do this in just a few clicks, saving many hours of work. Integration with our warehouse also allows you to update stock levels, ensuring that your store offer is always up-to-date and consistent with our warehouse availability.
As our VIP partner, you can return ordered goods without incurring additional costs. This means you don’t have to worry about canceled orders or returns from your customers – with the VIP program, you can return them to our warehouse and receive a refund.
