Intra-community acquisition of goods (WDT)

 

Intra-Community supply of goods (WDT) consists in the export of goods from a country to a taxpayer running a business in another country located in the European Union. An example of WDT is the sale of our products with delivery to a contractor in Spain. The only condition for this type of delivery is to have a valid EU VAT number.

Thanks to this form of cooperation, the buyer can bring the goods to his country without charging the VAT rate by the seller. The buyer is obliged to pay the tax in accordance with the regulations that apply in the country in which he conducts business.

Logistic minimum and delivery

The minimum order value under the WDT is PLN 3,000 net. The delivery offered by our warehouse is carried out by the DPD company, which delivers the goods in Poland. All you have to do is choose one of DPD's reloading points, which are located on the territory of Poland.

Additionally, our team is ready to arrange delivery abroad, straight to the Contractor's warehouse. For pallet orders, we search for the best offers available on the market for you and we wait for your consent, so you do not have to spend time organizing the delivery, we will take care of everything.

Another solution is the direct collection of goods from our warehouse. If you have your own transport or you have found a carrier yourself, we will pack your goods and clear them from our warehouse. All you need to do is provide us with information about the date of receipt, and our Logistics Department will take care of the rest.

Payments and factoring

For WDT customers, we offer traditional bank transfer to one of our bank accounts, we accept payments in PLN and EUR. The shipment is processed immediately after the payment is credited to our account (up to 24 hours).

To meet the requirements of customers who generate high turnover in the warehouse, we can offer a factoring service. The payment operator is ING bank, which credits the settlements with our company up to the agreed limit.

Ordering easier than you think

Order

You can order by adding products to the basket, just like in any online store. In the next steps, you must select the form of delivery and the method of payment.

Proforma

Your business manager will send you a pro-forma invoice with the products you have selected.

Shipment

After the payment is credited to our bank account, the goods will be packed and prepared for shipment or personal collection.

Individual approach

We always meet expectations and create lasting relationships with partners, which is why we will assign you a your business manager who will be at your disposal whenever you need help. In addition, your guardian will offer discounts unavailable to other Partners, inform you about upcoming deliveries and promotions, thanks to him you will always be up to date.

Complaints and returns

In the case of complaints, our
